General Delivery Information

We aim to deliver in stock items in approx 7 days. If any products are out of stock we will notify you of a delivery lead time. Larger/delicate items may take longer as 2 man delivery may be required. We will notify you regarding a lead time shortly after the order is received.

Many of our products are hand made, therefore go into production from date of order, these items include beds and wardrobes, please allow 4 - 8 weeks for these items. In rare cases this may be extended to 12 weeks.

Pallet delivery is a quicker and more secure way of delivering large and delicate items.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT DRIVERS ARE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR LOCATION IF CHOOSING PALLET DELIVERY.

Through our experience we have discovered that damages in transit ratios have exceptionally been reduced when delivering by a pallet service, because of this we are able to offer Free delivery on all orders over £750.

Please note: Pallets will be delivered at the closet point of access of the delivery premises. Please be advised it is the customers’ responsibility to dispose of the pallet and to transfer the goods from the delivery location into their property.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, note that fact on the delivery note, even before you open the packaging to examine the contents. Make sure that you sign for it as 'damaged package', or something similar, so as to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming. All damages must be notified within 48 hours.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaiviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which would be stored on your browser.
